Junior Lawyer

The role covers all areas of legal relations, with a focus on lease agreements, construction contracts, acquisition and land registry documentation, communication with counterparties, and more.
Scope of responsibilities

Preparation and updating of standard documentation, drafting of new contracts, and other standard templates
-
Drafting and reviewing lease agreements, negotiations, and preparation of contract amendments
-
Assistance and legal support for the management team in all matters related to leasing and project acquisitions
-
Drafting and reviewing land purchase agreements during the acquisition process, negotiations, and preparation of contract amendments

Due diligence of acquired and sold legal entities
As a suitable candidate, you must have
-
A university degree from a Faculty of Law in the Czech Republic
-
Practical experience in commercial law from a similar position (in a law firm or real estate company – with a focus on acquisitions, leasing, development, etc.) is an advantage

Advanced user of MS Office
