Our approach
Tenant satisfaction comes first.
We keep a project in one pair of hands, from the site to the management of the finished park: we buy the land, see the permits through, put the tenant mix together, build, and then manage the property ourselves. A tenant therefore deals with one team throughout, and when something needs sorting out, they know who to call.
