We process the personal data of the following categories of data subject:

Suppliers, technical staff and their contact persons

Investors and financial partners

Visitors to our offices (in connection with the CCTV system)

Persons we cooperate with and persons taking part in administrative proceedings

During in-person and online meetings held by any of the companies in the LDparks a.s. group, personal data may be processed by means of automated third-party tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Fireflies.ai or similar services. These tools may produce transcripts, minutes or task lists based on the content of the meeting, including any recording of audio or video.

Participants in in-person or online meetings

By taking part in such meetings, the data subject consents to this form of processing, for the purposes of making communication more efficient, retaining the content of the meeting and ensuring follow-up. These records serve solely the internal needs of the individual companies in the LDparks a.s. group and are not distributed further. The data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary.

The purposes of processing include:

Entering into and performing contracts

Administrative and accounting tasks

Communication and project coordination

Protection of property and the safety of persons

Identification and contact data: given name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth

2. Categories of personal data processed:

Banking data: account number, payment information

Copies of identity documents (identity card, passport)

CCTV recordings, including the audio component

Performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR

3. Legal bases for processing:

Compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR

Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example under Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, and other legislation - typically 10 years).

4. Retention period:

CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 7 days, or in the event of an incident until the matter is resolved.
